The 2 weeks off limits is in package sent out to all participants. There is also a gag rule stating that during the off limits, you cannot get info from friends fishing during that time. They will polygraph. In addition, Kathy and Jeff have notified everyone of the rule changes via email/phone....

Moses lake should be on fire, we're have a nice warm spring, look for somebig weights, really liking the two week off limit.
