Hey Aaron,

I have moved some of my trips back a couple of weeks in order to give the water a chance to clear up.

A few people I know have been fishing over by Baby Island and have been picking up a few fish.

It should start getting better as the water clears.

Went out yesterday, but only got a few legit hours in of fishing at West point. Marked bait, but only brought shakers to the boat. I hope to get a good effort going right after the boat show.

I will add that the water had kind of a silty green color to it, looked galcial, almost. Some debris, but not bad.

Im thinking about going out on Saturday for some blackies, Sure wish they would take the plugs like last years..... Anybody have any luck with plugs, or is it still the flasher squid gig?

It is still a squid and spoon show. I can't figure out why the no show on the plugs this year.
