Saw this ad in the back of Bass Times.  The video says that this is stronger that tying any conventional know...ever.  Has anyone seen it demo'd?  Looks kind of cool... but it's $189-$229!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Looks like it leaves a chunk of adhesive on there which may scare off some guys like me who can't stand having a tag end of a knot over 1/8 inch now. Also, I can think of a few applications off hand that it wouldn't work for: Dropshot and Snell knot for Texas Rig/Punching (unless you use one of those funky hooks where you have to eyes on the hook).

While appreciate the effort in design, I won't be buying one, I tie a total of 3 knots that cover everything well even beyond bass, and leaving that bulky weld at that point, they may have missed the mark. There may be some folks with dexterity limitations or handicaps that this could be useful, but appears to still require two hands.  There may be some non-fishing uses for it. Can't tell from the video how fast it is, but doesn't look faster than a typical palomar, or the reverse improved clinch I used a lot.
