Washington Fishing

The Online Source for Washington Fishing Information

I have to vent a little and warn others of my experience on the skydeck. I called in February and made a reservation for me and my wife to stay there for the 2016 Jack & Jill tournament and I payed $120 dollars for a deposit and I asked at the time if I needed to send in the conformation form. I was told no and the money is all they need. A month later I receive an email stating that my reservation had been canceled. I then called in and the manager told me I was a liar and no one told me that I didn't need to send in the form. I then asked for a refund. I received $70 back and they kept $50 for some processing fee that I was never told about. I just want to worn anyone who wants to stay there that the management is very unprofessional and the likelihood of getting screwed is pretty high!!!
Sorry for the rant, but stupid people piss me off!!!

Matt,

I feel your pain, I've also had a few bad experiences at the Sky Deck. I have not stayed there for quite a few years. I spend my money at the Center Lodge. They cater to bass fishermen and they have decent rates. I have no complaints on how they have handled my business.

I agree with Steiner Sky Deck sucks!!!! We will never go back there. Center Lodge has always taking good care of us.

Living and working here I will recommend the Center Lodge and the Trails West. Couple reasons. 1. Boat parking is decent. 2. We patrol that area all night long, same as Coulee Playland.

If anyone ever needs something while here do not hesitate to give me a call or email.

Agree on Center Lodge but stop telling everyone, then I will never get a room.

Devils Advocate: We stayed at the skydeck for NWB. I feel as though the beds were soft and commode fully capable of anything asked of it. i felt the soft bed contributed to a decent finish.

We did not interact with hotel service personelle, so I am not denying that you have a valid complaint.

Just saying our experience there was pleasant for the small amount of time spent in the room.

Which NWB tourney?

This last one a few weeks ago.
No. The skydeck has rooms that have seperate beds. We had one of those. Very spacious.
