Clearwater makes a similar bait. They work just like everything else! I still think the Sniper baits are the best out there for d/s.

Man guys lots of feedback here=)  I agree the snub is the BUISNESS!!  I just ordered some slamers...Ill let ya know how they work

These are some good looking baits.  A bit steep at $6 for an 8 pack, but I guess if this bait gives you confidence, they are well worth the price.

Honestly, I have yet to see a hunk of plastic on a dropshot that doesn't catch fish.  Putting it in front of a fish with the proper presentation is 98% of the battle.

Thats is a 100% correct statement taggy !!  However there are some baits that tend to draw bigger fish or in some cases more fish IMO , I personaly perfer the baits that draw the bigger bites . I will use the snubs in sand color  for some of my bedding fish , However most of those fish are caught on the Panic Minnow during the spring..My favorite is and has always been the gary Shad Shape worm :-)

Exactly.  Nothing better than a counterpoint that actually proves your point.

Of course there are baits that we have confidence in that produce more quality and numbers in different scenarios.  However, even the "best" dropshot baits out there won't get bit unless you put them in front of fish.  I believe it's the way a dropshot rig can be presented to the fish that determines its effectiveness and entices bites, more so than the particular chunk of plastic you rig on the hook.

So Dez let me get this straight....you use a white bait for bedding fish? That helps bring the big ones?
I agree 100%!

Dez- It's prefer, not perfer....

That bait has nothing that will replace anything in my box so I will not buy them, just another small plastic with a skinny tail. The design is simple and maybe a little elementary. They could change that design a little bit, maybe with different textures and maybe a rib here or there and maybe I would think about it.

I swear most makers of drop shot baits just think about action of the tail of the bait and forget about the roll of the bait or shimmer, or how it falls, or even about the water displacement and vibration the bait gives off.  This is one reason I think the snub, bolt and magnum, are some of the best drop shot baits out there. Scent, vibration action, roll, water displacement due to the ribs, I guess they just have straight up "SWAGGER"!

I agree that Dan baits work extreamly well and offers all the characteristics of a well design Dropshot bait , Not too mention Dan is a great guy to deal with in general . The Main Reason i dont "PREFER"  these baits mostly relates to the fact that too many guys fish them !!  This Kinda makes me wonder what most of our bass community used for dropshot baits prior too Dan's product .

Iv been using the shad shape for close too 5 years now and Yes they catch the hell of fish on mostly everybody of water across the state .

I hope they dont ever change the design of these baits  because IMO the awesome tail action along with the do nothing body helps to display Motionless Baitfish sitting in place and that too me screams  EAT ME !! Whenever iv found myself having  to deadstick my bait in order to entice a strike , the shade shape is my go too PERIOD, field tested and approved .

And for the record batman ,SWAGGER is not something you can simply purchase You either have it or you dont and there is nothing HOLLYWOOD about that statement bro :-)
