Washington Fishing

The Online Source for Washington Fishing Information

I am from Oregon and have a boaters registration card for Oregon. I just saw on a web site that Washington requires a card now. Does this apply to someone that is visiting to fish a tournament? I was also told that this is like a 6 hour online coarse.

Did a union worker tell you 6 hrs?
It's 7 hours and you have to take drug test! If you don't wanna go through all that I'll sell you the one I don't use for a 100.00 bucks! Send contact info if interested.

If your boat is not regestered in Wa I would say no. Check with DFW to be sure though.

I am from the north side of Wa. State B.C. I believe that if you have a boaters card from your State or Province that they accept it

All states, territories, and provinces will recognize boating education cards that meet NASBLA requirements and Canadian Pleasure Craft Operator Cards that meet Transport Canada’s requirements. (This is known as “reciprocity.”)
