94 Ranger 482V $4500 or best offer/trade

I posted my boat for sale a while back. Since then I've had a been of bad luck with the motor. To make a long very sad story shorter, I have to sell it as is. Its a 94 Ranger 482V with a 96 Mercury 150 XR6. The motor I got from a bass fishing website as a good running motor. I had it shipped from Tenn. and installed by Limit Out marine. I was contacted by the mechanic and their is what appears to be a bad cylinder/knocking in the motor. It does run but its anyone's guess how long. Its a real cream puff with tons of extras. It comes with keel guard, small color depth finder upfront, a digitally upgraded 82 lb motorguide TM with recessed foot pedal, hot foot, new Clarion stereo with amp ($1000), Eagle color GPS/depthfinder on console, 6" jackplate, new tires on trailer, bimini top, three bank charger, both bench seats and pole seat, brand new throttle cables and removable flipping deck. It has a Tempest plus 23P SS prop and a new backup 4 blade trophy prop. Looking to selling for $4500 or best offer or trade for ?
