BELLINGHAM, Wash. -- Matt Krumdiak and Bob Larson notched their second straight club win of Borderline Bassin' Contenders' season with a 20.56-pound bag of smallmouth April 23 at the Lake Whatcom Spring Open. They also tied for big fish at 4.60 pounds with Tha Khun and Choi But to split that pot.
Matt Johnson and Trevor Radach took second with 20.40 and Jason Dempsey and Casey took third with 19.52.
The tournament drew 22 boats and 43 anglers, with everyone weighing limits. Here are the full results.
Next up is the Lake Samish Open team tournament May 21. Drivers meeting is tentatively 6 a.m. Please get there by at least 5:30 a.m. Cost is $60 per team for members and $90 for non-members. For more information, contact info@borderlinebassincontenders.com.
