Washington Fishing

The Online Source for Washington Fishing Information

The next Northwest Bass tournament coming up on May 9th will be at Lake Washington. Expect the fishing to be lights out with the warmer weather this year and especially after seeing the bags that came in during the last tournament there. More info to come at www.nwbass.net where you can also pay online now!

This is the only NWB event on the west side of the mountains this year and is a great opportunity to fish against some of the best anglers the Northwest has to offer. Also with the new ownership of Nixon's Marine, I wouldn't be surprised if there were some cool surprises hidden up their sleeves.

Last time NWBass was here we had 44 boats what a poor showing of our local anglers. Especially when there were more eastside anglers than westside anglers.  I feel that the local anglers need to step it up. This is your home lake step up and represent. Even if this is the only event you chose to fish out of the series.  Hope to see a great turn out for this event.

Well said Chris and I couldn't agree more. I'd love to see the west side guys represent for this event.

I agree guys.  I would love to see even more boats than were at Banks.  The last Lake Washington NW Bass turnout was embarrassing to say the least.

For those who have not yet heard, the "new" Northwest Bass offers so much more than that of years past.  The stage presentation is phenomenal!  The weigh-in is very, very quick.  Registration is speedy.  Fish care is excellent!  Over all execution start to finish is flawless!!!!!!!  I just can't wait until Lake Washington.  I sincerely hope we see a huge west side turnout!  The guys from the east are already fueling rigs in anticipation!

Roll call for NW Bass this weekend?

Nick and I are ready to get this event started.

Crickets........

I'm in, see you guys in the morning.
It seems like swapping the most popular venue (Potholes) with the least popular venue (Lake Washington) wasn't such a great idea.

What was the turnout/results?

While this is absolutely true and I sure would rather fish potholes over lake washington any day, it was sure nice driving 1/2hr home after this one instead of 4hrs.  Thanks to those eastside teams that showed up to compete!
