Yeah i think they are!!  You can buy them at Mardons for walleye!!  You can also buy the JULP leeches!!  They say they out fish live bait!!

Leech's were outlawed two years ago.

You can use Crawdads as long as you use them in the water they were caught in.

Other than that you can use Crawlers.

Thanks Brad, I had a feeling that was the case because I never see them anywhere. It is either an exotic organism or too effective as a bait . Walleyes can't resist them at least in Minnesota anyway.

The WDFW was concerned they may carry the VHS virus.
