"Right on!  I will be pre-fishing roosevelt the weekend before the tourney.  Are you goin to the WBA meeting?  If so we could talk then.  I will possibly have an open seat for the pre-fish. "

Fishing 2013 fed qualifiers as non boater

So I'm new to Washington been hear for a yr now. I'm looking to fish federation qualifiers but I do not own a boat so I can't participate as a boater so I would go as a non boater but not sure if there are any boaters whom are looking for a non boater. I moved from Boise Idaho area and fished Idaho federation qualifiers as non boater as well as a boater for 3 yrs.
