There is an organization in Texas called the ARMYBASSANGLERS. They have been running two major tournaments and other events such as the Welcoming Heroes Home Program. They have got great sponsorship such as Skeeter Boats and Yamaha to name a few. I have been in contact with them lately and I know that they are looking to expand to all of the other major Military Installations. If you are interested I would be willing to get you in contact with them and I am sure that they would help with any logistics and promotions.
