Moving to Eastern Washington

I was offered a job back home in Walla Walla that should really help me progress in my career. Dobyns 736C - Has anyone used this rod before?

Hi everyone,

I have been looking for a flipping stick or at least a more stout pitching rod. Long story short, my grandpa knows the owners of a tackle shop in Oregon real well and I have a deal going where I can get a brand new Dobyns 736C for $120 (sells for $240)! It seems like it might be slightly short (7'3") for flipping but that is a tough price to pass up. Has anyone on this site ever used this rod before? What did you think of it? Thanks!
