you talking about the open next week? that's the Chelan Bass Club.

No.  Our club is having a tourny this Sunday at Chelan, but I thought last year they had a tourny the same weekend and  I was thinking they only fished Saturday.  So I know the state tournament calendar says they are there both days but I was wondering if they fish Sunday too.

We do have a club tournament this Saturday & Sunday. Launching at Mill Bay, near the casino.

Dave,

Yes they were out there last year on Sunday. I saw a few of them. I think they blasted off right before us. You might not have noticed because you took the 40 mile run to the other end of the lake. There is a reason people don't go there. I know Bassmaster magazine says go to the creeks in the spring, but there are only trout at that end.

Is that true about the trout only?    I was going to run to 25 mile creek this year since I didn't win all the way at Stehekin last year.  WISH ME LUCK!!

I was thinking about coming up for one day this weekend. Hopefully the water will continue to come up so Ben doesn't have to help me off a sand bar again like at Potholes.

I have been watching the water level all week on the PUD website.  It has come up about 2 or 3 inches this week.  Still very low.  Most of the boat ramps are not useable because of this.  I believe only one lane at Mill Bay is usable and only on side of the ramp near the high school is usable.  There is one at Manson Park that is supposed to have plenty of water still but I have never launched there so I don't know what it is like there.
