Jordan,

We have been in contact with with the park ranger, and this is what he stated:

"The construction will not be complete by February 23.

There will be at least two launch lanes open. All floats are currently in the
water, but I do not know if they will be available for public use by
then. I will check with the contract administrator."

We will hold the tournament there, and there is no backing out. Things will run smoothly as always. Even if we're limited to two lanes, I don't see that as an issue. The nice thing is, we usually have the park to ourselves.
I was out there Sunday as well and it looks like we can still hold the weigh in by the water like we have in the past, just have to park in the grass ( and goose crap). I know that we can launch a ton of boats in a few minutes and it will work out well. I have never caught as many trout as I did Sunday, guess I need to evaluate my skill set...

I don't want to even hear the mention of a mystery pot option at the next meeting!

Ah come on! How about a biggest sculpin pot?? Doesn't Larry hold the record for that so far? I can get him behind that...

I personally think it's a really cool deal that Sessler inc is one of the sponsors for this event !!  local support from the local companies is key to a heathly future within our bass communitiy . Hopefully more companies can step it up for even more support in years too come .

see you guys tourney morning :)

Sessler has always been a big supporter of FYBB and the Warrior Event. He might seem a little surley on the outside...but he has a VERY big heart.

We have been working on getting more non-bass fishing companies as sponsors for these events, but it is still pretty tough to get anyone to let go of their money these days.

Let me be clear- Josh is fixing something he broke on my boat, while I threaten to throw him over.

About a month away and we are looking forward to seeing all the usual characters and hope to meet some new ones. Guaranteed good time if you follow Potter and Bess around, they are easy to spot out there as one of them is either fixing something they broke or threatening to throw the other one over the side.
I'm still chuckling about the trolling motor episode, classic.

SHHHHHHHHHH!

Now if I could just get Turner Construction to sponsor Sessler, Inc. a little bit!

It's just a matter of dethroning WPI...Then you'll have more work than you know what to do with.

We should be seing some FYBB sponsorship from them though.
