Does anyone know of someone who repairs MK trolling motors? Preferably around Olympia and Lacey area. Thanks in advance!

nobody! The last guy that I know of quit 2 years ago.

Not in that area but Angler's Choice, North Seattle, just off of I-5, Edmonds/Lake Ballinger area is still there and has been fixing MinnKotas for years.....he knows his stuff...and has a back room full of the parts you need.

Just called Walt at AC...very nice people to talk with. Sounds like a mom/pop shop. Just hate the fact that its north seattle. Kinda makes a 50lb edge Mk transom mount pointless to fix. 67$labor + parts+time+fuel

what's wrong with it.  I've fixed a couple before and they are usually pretty easy.

Just stopped working...it started with what i thought was the speed control. And then you had to smack it here and there so it would go into 5th. Then it just stopped working. Possible water in behind seals on the lower unit. Sat for a few months still not working.

L & D Authorized Minn Kota repair Covington area I don't have their number with me. I do have it at the shop I will post it tomorrow.

Thanks Chris...appreciate it. That is way closer and I work out there alot now. Post or text works!

I dropped off my MK Power Drive 2 at Auburn Sports & Marine for L&D to repair.  I also picked up my repaired MK from Auburn Sports & Marine.

Did you pay for shipping? Turn around time not a big deal with this motor as its my small boat electric only waters motor.

No shipping.  L&D repaired my MK housing last June under warranty.  So far as I remember, L&D picked up and returned the motor to Auburn S&M.  Just give L&D a call to confirm if any shipping would be involved via Auburn S&M.

Thanks! Will do on Monday If busy work allows time.

L&D are over by me (east Hill of Kent by hwy 18), but It's just as easy to go through Aub. Sports.  Drop it off, they come get it in the evening, call you, then drop it back off at aub. Sports
