Washington Fishing

The Online Source for Washington Fishing Information

CCBC is switching things up this year after last year's dismal weigh-in at Silver Lake! We've moved it to May 19th, 2012. In addition to whatever the big fish pot winds up being, CCBC will be putting an additional $350 on top of it! Registration and forms can be found on our web site at http://www.capitalcitybassclub.com

One things for sure...CCBC puts on a great raffle each year and the only way it's possible is because of our many fantastic sponsors. Our sport is growing here in Washington and it would not be possible without the many companies that support us all! Let's keep these great local companies in mind the next time we go shopping.

Dang, there goes the one fish can win it all chance.  I liked the early spring date, really made you fish hard and stay alert for that one bite.  Hopefully the turnout will be good.

Just curious the signup sheet says you have to turn in a zebra mussel sheet before pre-fishing?  How does the state define pre-fishing and how could it be enforced??

Hows the whole water quality issue been there? I heard there were some water issues. I was hoping nothing serious to ruin the bass population.

No need to send in a zebra mussel form before tournament. CCBC will have a zebra form to sign on tournament day.

Water quality certainly hasn't helped anything.  Seems like the algae is getting worse every year but hopefully it's better this year.  Supposedly they were doing some water quality studies last year to see if it was even safe to swim in and advised against swimming there when the algae was bad.
