Washington Fishing

The Online Source for Washington Fishing Information

Greetings Walleye Friends, is anyone out there targeting our favorite fish? I hope to be at Banks Lake around the first two weeks of May. At this point my intent is to approach the fishery no different than last year: Punchbowl, Barker Flats, Hole in the Wall, The Poplars, etc... In addition, I guess my presentation approach will be the same too: Troll with Walker/Harness/crawlers (live and artificials). I might even try some Blade Bait vertical jigging for a change...

I sure would love to get some current news regarding how others are approaching the fishery this year please. I value the groups feedback...

Cheers to you all!

Easiest way to say this.. its on like donkey kong.. fishing is stupid good.. fish are huge. Blade baits have been the ticket. Some friends came out this week and over 4 days of fishing (they are bass people not walleye) for a few hours a day.. they caught over 40 fish, most being over 22". Big fish on scale was 12 lb 13oz , lots of 5 and 6lb fish. Monday they got 10-15 fish and 2 over 9lbs on scale. Hope it stays hot for em,

Holy Moses that's sounding good! Thanks for the report-
