Team Circuit

The 2015 Nixon’s Marine Northwest Bass Team Circuit is dedicated to providing you with the best tournament format and payout in the Northwest.  Our goal is to provide a tournament circuit that provides flexibility for busy schedules so that the maximum number of teams can compete in a challenging tournament format. New for 2014 and continuing in 2015.  Northwest Bass qualifies to send team(s) to the Bassmaster Team Championship with a chance to move on to the Bassmaster Classic!

Format

This year there are five qualifying tournaments leading up to the 2015 Team Circuit Championship.  To qualify to fish in the 2015 Team Circuit Championship, a team needs to fish four out of the five qualifying tournaments.  Points do not determine qualification for the Championship. Buy-ins will count toward qualifier tournament payout.To qualify for the Bassmaster Team Championship you must be registered for the Bassmaster Team Championship Trail.  Based on team points, the top nine teams from the Challenge Circuit will be invited to participate in the Northwest Bass Bassmaster Team Fish-Off (date and location to be determined).  Winners of the Team Fish-Off will be invited to the Bassmaster Team Championship.  Off-limits periods:  Tournament waters are off-limits Monday prior to the tournament until the start of the tournament on Saturday.  Championship waters are off limits Monday through Thursday the week prior to the tournament and after 5:00 pm on the Friday before the tournament.Pre-Registration is highly encouraged and must be received by the Wednesday prior to the tournament if mailed.  Pre-registration should be mailed to Northwest Bass, 2919 E Isaacs Ave, Walla Walla, WA  99362.  We will be adding an option to pre-register on-line and to pay via PayPal.  It is not available at this time.  An on-site registration fee will be charged for teams who chose to wait and register at the tournament.Check-in and On-Site Registration will begin Friday afternoon at 4:00PM for each event.Drivers’ Meetings for Qualifiers will be held tournament mornings approximately 30 minutes before sunrise.  The Championship Drivers’ meeting will be held the Friday evening before the Championship (time TBA).All boaters participating in Washington based tournaments must sign the Aquatic Invasive Species Decontamination Statement at the tournament registration desk.  If the boat, trailer, engine, or any water containers that you will use during this tournament have been in physical contact with any waters outside of Washington State in the last 30 days you must also fill out an Aquatic Invasive Species Decontamination Report.

Costs

Annual Angler Registration:  

$75 per angler, or Single Event Angler Registration: $40 per angler 

Qualifier Tournament Entry: $250 per team

Big Fish Option Pot: $50

Big Stringer Option Pot: $20

Angler of the Year Option Pot:  $50 per team

Bassmaster Team Championship Registration:  $50 per team

Additional On-site Registration Fee: $20 per team
