Making Summit Lake a year round lake!!!

Been working on making summit lake a year round lake for awhile now. i just got off the phone with the thurston county WDFW fish biologist. He supports what i am trying to do and he told me everything i need to do for this to happen. He gave me a link to go to so i can fill out a form and send it in. He said more people that fill out a form than the better chance we have, there is already a guy that works for fish and wildlife that is trying to make it year round also. If you guys want it to be year round here is a link you can go to and submit. Keep in mind summit lake is one of the best Smallmouth lakes in western washington in my opinion and there are some giant laregmouth in there. Last day to submit the form is on the 31st its easy and should take 10 minutes max. Thank you! Tight Lines!!!
