North Lake Tapps Park opens* May 23rd ?
The North Lake Tapps Park construction project update site says the park will partially reopen* to "walkers and for use of the new boat ramp" on May 2nd:

The initial reopening was said to occur on April 20th at the completion of park improvements.

04/10/2020 - Construction update page now says park partially reopening (subject to further covid-19 restrictions) on Saturday, May 23rd.
