Tournament Contest Banners
Why do we still need to utilize a tournament contest banner, if we fish a contest on a body of water where the WDFW has removed all size and creel limits?

I guess better late than never on this response, because there is a rule that says any contest of 6 boats or more requires one. Don’t get me started on the no limits crap. Pisses me off to no end.

Interesting ----- why aren't boats that participate in Puget Sound Salmon and Blackmouth derby's required to utilize contest banners?
