Looking for a tournament partner.

New to Washington , been doing the tourney thing in northern California. Lived on Clear Lake (ca) for 8 years. Would like to start fishing up here. Have a boat 18', but will fish from back. Contact me if interested. Thanks.

I got your response and here is what is what. I live in Wenatchee and I believe you live in Tri Cities. That is about one and half hours drive. I am attempting to join the Lake Chelan club because they are WSBF affiliated. The purpose of joing that group is a friend of mine wants to fish the BASS and FLW qualifiers and you have to be a club associated member to do so. We are presently waiting on costs and confim scheduling. The last (3) yrs I was a member of the Pot Holes bass club out of Moses Lake. Most of their events tend to be close to home ie: Moses Lake, Pot Holes, Desert Aire(upper Columbia River). However, they always fish one event on Banks and this season they will be fishing Lake Chelan in Sept. I havn't got an ABA schedule yet. FYI, the ABA fishes an east and west group. So, the east will be fishing eastern WA lakes. Another FYI, I am an older guy but in great health and strength. If we hooked up the issue will be distance. If the club thing for expl; Pot Holes is to much then the possibility of the ABA events may be. I will leave the decision to you. If you feel it is to much in distance, etc. I would understand. Just wanted to be up front and be sure you see the options and obsticals if any.

BTW; if you are considering NW BASS circuit, it is a good one but very competitive. I saw where Anthony White was looking for a partner for NW but consider the cost. Aprox. $250.00 entry fee plus cost of food, travel and other expences. If you go that direction it will be spendy. ABA is much less so and is (2) day events (approx. 3 events / NW 5 events plus championship) whereas NW is always one day.

This is just some info to consider, if you haven't already checked it out.

Get back with any input, ideas, suggestions or decline. I am open..

Jimmy,

Have you decided what kind of events you want to partake in yet?

I am looking for a club partner or an ABA partner. I would be a non boater (have no boat). let me know what you are looking for.
