After Market Mapping for Lowrance HDS7

Advice please! Looking at making the painful financial commitment of purchasing the Lowrance HDS7 combo. Unit comes with "Enhanced US mapping". This is not even what I had in mind. I'm in need of contour lines, depths, etc. I'd like to hear opinions and recommendations regarding how members are liking their after market mapping as I'm sure I'll be up grading.
