Your idea has merit. But, it still requires anglers to make a substantial purchase. 25 hp mtrs today can run well over $3000 +. Thenthe cost of a boat. About 7 yrs back a friend and I started a similar club. But, it petered out. The range of boats and mtrs sizes created a riff between anglers and so it just frittered away.
If you can keep the size of boat and a slot size on the mtr like between 9.9 to 15hp or 15 to 25hp and 10 ft to 15 ft you could make it work then you may have no issues. regardless, keep after it. We need those kind of options for anglers that can't affordthe big boat, etc.

There is alternatives to the live well option. I'll get more info to you re: the options when I can see more interest. Keep in touch.
