Just a reminder for all those fisherman new to tiger musky fishing - the minimum size limit is 50 inches.  All others are strictly catch and release.  Please see Cascade Musky Association at www.cascademusky.com or look at the WA State fishing regulations.  Please spread the word.  The fish are very fragile, they take a lot of money to raise and stock, and they are sterile and don't reproduce naturally.

I noticed recently that there are many new members joining Wafish every day. Some are avid musky fishermen and some are just merely interested or curious. I just wanted to thank everyone who showed up for the first CMA meeting! Even though I am stuck in Korea I heard it was a great showing and especially wanted to the guys from the WDFW for taking the time to go and speak "esox" with everyone!

Hopefully someone from the group will post some pictures from the meeting.

As you all know, the state of WA will be cutting several programs. Mr. Don Wittenberger from the IFPAG recently started a movement based on my recommendation to initiate an option to make a donation to the WDFW when you purchase a license. Initially, we are sending in checks to the WDFW to get the ball rolling.
