1st Tiger Muskie School a wild success!

Last Saturday: 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 PM Sumner; open to all anglers:
I don't know who had more fun: The Chapter volunteers who worked so hard to put on a good show, or the big crowd who came to learn from the Northwest and Midwest's BEST!

Larry Ramsell was one of a kind; what experience and what a memory; worth the wait to finally get to meet him. He is as awesome and as genuine off the water as he is on.
Kudos to Muskie School Chairman Bill and Rosann and all the members who toiled behind the scenes to make this happen. Whew! What a labor of love: What a huge success!
All the new anglers (as well as the old timers) learned a lot and NO ONE left early. Or HUNGRY!! Man, what a spread.

Special merit: Mr. Bruce Bolding from WDFW, again, most informative; always glad to have you in the house, thanks for taking the time to come see us! salute!
Mr. Don Wittenberger; always eager to get your years of experience and vast knowledge on some of our best Tiger Lakes: Mayfield, Evergreen, and your home stomping grounds: Merwin Reservoir.
Pierce County Deputy Minion: Boaters Safety Program- Thank you for the presentation; it is serious out there, especially on busy lakes in the heat of the summer; valuable input for everyone present. Be safe out there!

And last, but not least; to Brett Olson and Mike Floyd: You went where no one had gone before: to the POOL! We hope it was as much fun for you as it was for us watching. What a great tool; live action of different lures and how they are to be presented! And no one even got dunked. :)
It’s a first for the TIGER PAC, a first in Washington and certainly a first for the Holiday Inn Express.
And of course the sponsors for the day were excellent!
HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS
FRABILL NETS
RANGER BOATS (brought their 2009 620 Multi species and had everyone drooling all day; NICE RIDE plus they generously donated to the Raffle table!

Larry Ramsell, 50 year muskie guide & muskie historian from Hayward, Wisconsin, helped to make all this happen and we appreciate his dedication to Muskies, Inc. and the time he took from his busy schedule to help promote tiger fishing in the PNW. His generosity and his credibility are legendary.
Thanks Larry, you made the day!
For those who missed this one; there is always a future one; we try to do all sorts of events to help fund the WA. Tiger Program. This was one of those successful events; stay tuned for more and they are open to everyone!
