Finally got the skunk off. I left him on Lake Tapps and will be back in December to pick him up for the winter. Only got two bites, both from the same fish. Gotta remember to set the hook. Picked him up in 3 feet of water, temps in the low 50's mostly. Only had a short time on the water, but I'll be back for more soon! He went 2.5lbs and was hungry for a new a Daquiri.

I finally did to. Darn slow fishing though. A 3 lg largemouth Sat and a 4.5 on Sun. Wind blew hard at Potholes. I sure hope I can find more active fish this coming weekend.

It is good to see the water is finally warming... I also picked up my first fish for the year Friday afternoon at Lake Stevens... Water is 50 and the fish bit about six feet deep on a 176 hula, seems the fish are starting to move in...
