Washington Fishing

The Online Source for Washington Fishing Information

We started fishing the Southshore of the "Trench" in the lower basin of
Lake Chelan today to catch a dandy laker to start the day. The bite was
slow so I decided to go deep or go home..
Glad I went deep..The bite was real steady in the heart of the trench
for laketrout in this location. The Ace Hi-fly baited with the "Secret
Sauce" was the ticket today..
Keep your presentation 1 to 3 ft off the bottom to be productive..Vary your speed between 1.1 and 1.6 mph to trigger the strike.
Ended the 4 hr. boat with 6 nice Laketrout..Thanks so much to Terry and
Son Todd Burnham for fishing with me today..Tight Lines to all and be
safe..www.lakechelanadventures.com
