Fishing/Boating season is starting up. Washington State has a graduated Mandatory Boater Education requirement.

I agree Todd, I dont need one until 2013, we both got ours just the same. After listening to Chris last night, I think I need to go ove my mandatory equipment list for the boat again.

I think that is a great idea. even though I am not in that age group that now has to do it, it never hurts to get a refesher every year. Plus cheaper insurance is always good..
