Very impressive weights this year! It's a shame they will be draining it later this summer, since it seems this lake has finally came around in terms of a more quality fishery. It's funny the guys that won last year had the exact same weight this year, which was only good enough for 9th!

BTW Taylor and Dan are my hero's!

Didn't think there were enough largies big enough or in the quantities to weigh that kind of weight, most impressive, and has me baffled! These guys are handing out butt whoopings, and I don't like it!

361 bass caught 361 bass released alive!

Good job to Paul and Jared, and Also Taylor and Dan.  As I understand Paul had 4 bronze and 1 green and Dan and Taylor had 5 green! Both very impressive, best weights out of Banks at this time of the year for a long while.

Chad

You are more than correct!!!  Actual fish weighed was somewhere in the 400 range.  Good catch.  (No pun intended)

Lisa will correct ASAP.  This said, the number of 106 Largemouth "Heads" weighed vs. smallmouth really paints a different picture!
You are spot on about one thing, Lisa should always do the math.  I will stick to weighing the fish, thus keeping myself out of trouble!

See ya in two weeks!

Chad,

You mean 631 not 603 right? ;-)

Gary,

Were teams allowed to weigh in 2 limits this year? 603 bass is a little high, next time just let Lisa do the math! LOL, thanks for the opportunity to rub you a little!!!

Yeah, those weights were very impressive! No surprise that Northwest Bass put on another great tournament. Congrats Hall and Turner, hats off to an impressive winning weight.

Chad,

Thanks for the post!

Note:  Of the 631 bass I weighed, 102 were largemouth or as they call them in the south, Heads.   I agree, impressive weights for Banks this time of year.  My thanks to all of the teams that fished!  Congrats. to Paul Hall and Jerrid Turner for the win and for taking home the largest single payout in the history of Northwest Bass, $11,983.34!!!

Thanks again

Are largemouth helping with the weights? They seem to be making a comeback over the years. The largemouth popuation is what worries me the most about the draw down. I know smallies can adapt better. Look at Riffe and Tapps for instance
