Shawn Responce first your comments left by Harold and Brian listen and then Keith Brooks would be good one also to talk about Storm Lake it is one of Three Lakes area which are (Storm, Flowing and Roesiger) and Panther Lake also all WBA members have fished these lakes some in the (Little Boat League) fished these lakes and most others as a lake to just to fish think why, there is good Fishing in these lakes...there are good size fish in Storm take suggestions above, talk more to any of us...One of the biggest draw backs of Storm especially when hot is hard to get Boat in the lake very shallow launch..simular to Lake Kia..just fish it like any other lake in this area for myself Buzzbaits, Crankbaits, Spinnerbaits, Tubes, Worms (Black) and number one in 30 years of myself fishing these lakes is this (Yamamoto 4" 176 Twin Tail Grub with a 1/0 Gamakatsu Hook and with Beds us 1/0 Trailer Hook Pegged the trailer hook sets even with the twin tails end..Fish can not pick bait up without getting Hooked and also 5" 176 Hula Twin Tail Grub effective also)...my recomendations would be Roesiger and or Flowing..I believe Keith Brooks has Several fish over 8 pounds largest 9 pounds plus something out of Flowing and one a trip i was on Lake got Hung in tree on way in get it i spooked what i can only Say would be a New State Record possibly more my biggest however in all of these Lakes is only 6 pounds in each after 30 years of fishing them.. Rosesiger Howard Summers i believe 9 Pounds Plus! There is alot of Talent that fish these Lake in this Forum don't be afraid to ask...Good Fishing~~<"\\><~~
I have fished this lake many times the biggest bass I have seen was my partner took one 7+ lbs several years ago. Work the docks with senkos and hula grubs along the shoreline. Also spinnerbaits in the open areas of pads.
