Im lookin forward to replys on this also, as I/we got an older boat that needs some sexy action to make her better.

Wally World has a couple things on clearance right now for boats. I just got a new pedestal for $45, normally $60, and a new fuel line for like 40% off. I think Im gonna get the new livewell pumps they have on clearance also, one of mine is jacked.
Oh and I found bassboatcentral.com and iboats.com to be very informative, especially BBC
I bought a transom jack from this outfit. They had the best price on it and delivered it quickly.

I've also shopped for a few things from Cabela's...the coolest is a remote control for the trolling motor.
My boat is a 1998 Smoker Craft, 15' with a 35 hp Johnson on the back. It still is work in progress but have it pretty close to the way I want it.
Take your time adding aftermarket items so you can fish it for a while and figure out what changes or upgrades you want to do. Good Luck and have fun...
Outdoor Emporium and Sportco carry a decent amount of smaller boat parts and the such. I know OE is having a sale on some Eagle and Lowrance Units and Accessories.

As for online, BBC is the place to go.
Nick, the above posts are right on. I can say I've found some parts for my old dilapidated boat on ebay of all places, such as- sonar unit, on-board battery charger, and a used tilt and trim unit for my 86 yamaha.

I've found parts at some local shops like Auburn sports and marine, west marine, sportco, and outdoor emporium. Most of which have been small motor parts, trailer parts, lowrance networking components, electrical switches, and various other things.

I've bought marine grade carpet for my boat deck and trailer bunk carpet from Cabela's. And I've bought seats and seat posts from Bass pro shops.

I've been thinking about re-decking the front of my boat to extend it back to the consoles and add another compartment for awhile now. If your looking for marine grade plywood, Dunn lumber and/or Mclendon's carries it (it's not cheap, but worth it). You can also buy some pressure treated 2x4's (or sun wood) to replace any broken trailer bunks from the above two stores or home depot, lowes.

Hope this helps you. Good luck.

Way to go Nick. Looks like a fish catching machine to me.
Nice boat Nick, congrats. All that's left now is breakin' it in with a big ol' pig.
nice man!
NIce new-to-you boat man
Thanks guys for the kind words! I am really excited... I got a bunch of parts today at Cabelas at a pretty good price. Three Rivers also is hooking me up with the electronics and such. All the websites that have been listed are great too and plan to keep looking at them!

I will not have the boat ready by Sunday for the fish in... It will be at the shop for a tune up so ill be in the white and blue skeeter (:
Great info everyone,I'm currently in the market for a bass boat. I thought I would put it off for a while due to finances and all that other fun stuff but after doing all the math,I've set my eyes on a Bass Tracker..not set in stone yet, either way...I'll have something soon.

Nice boat Nick, let me know when you need a netman(lol)
