"Contest” banner

Does anyone know where I can get a "contest" banner? We tried almost everywhere and it seems like everybody is sold out on them.

the yellow (or whatever color) ribbon u tie around ur engine that says contest or tournament to show ur in the tournament.

The banner has two purposes one side has florecentgreen and that tells others that you are fishing under a permit. The other side is orange and you display that when you want to signal to others that you need help.

Good point, I was not aware, but then I'd need a boat to enter a tourney in order to need said banner and understand it's uses...lol
