Washington Fishing

The Online Source for Washington Fishing Information

Ok so I am sitting at work daydreaming about fishing again. I thought to my self I wonder if there is a club for float tubers up here. I did a search in the fourms with nothing turning up. So here is my idea. If there are any other float tubers on here that are looking for someone to go fishing with. Why not from a float tube club. I know they have them in other states like Cal. Mabey even have a few tournments on some of the local lakes. I think it would be a good chance for people to get together exchange ideas about float tubeing setup's etc... I am in Whatcom county so if there is anyone that might be intersted let me know. The more I think about this I am thinking it is just me trying to find another reason to get out on the water in search of the bucket mouths and bronze backs! Tight lines Gents!

There is one that's in the beginning stages called Puget Sound Float Tube Club. A couple of guys from washingtonlakes.com started it up. There's only a few members..myself included. It's in the trial period and we're looking to get more people on board. There will be a fish-in on the 16th I believe..not sure where yet. Check it out http://www.psftc.com/boards
Geez...whats next? The bank fishermans club?
Who knows Lloyd. Why are you looking for a club to belong to so you can feel special?

I was part of that club until I needed a challenge. Nothing like screaming across a like at 1.5 miles per hour dodging boats, personal watercraft, and crazy otters. White knuckle at its best
Hey jerry im always excited to hear about new things when it comes to bass'n . The ol tymers will always say the world never needs to change ..lol But on a serious note you should use this site as a start to what you talking about . Its actually a big deal down in cali .. here see for yourself , I suggest this same site to the guys that are starting the Puget Sound Float Tube Club. Not to mention those boyz down in cali have some really cool pontoons ..
Since this state offers sooo many little lake that has gas motor restrictions , this could really take off here in the state .. good luck bro !

That's not a bad idea. You have some pretty good float tube water up in Whatcom County! i did quite a lot of float tubing while I was going to school at WWU. I learned a lot about fishing Lake Terrell from doing this. Terrell and Fazon are awesome lakes to fish from a float tube and I bet Cain would be pretty good as well!
Right on Dez thanks bro!
do you fruitcakes ever make motor boat noises when you are kicking at full speed?

They probably can use both hands but I'll bet they don't have to take the pill 36 hours in advance and wait for the moment to be right. The nurse will be in shortley with your meds you surley old bugger.
