Was not going to fish it this year, thinking it was at Banks, but might decide to go and give Roosevelt a go, it will be fun to fish a new body of water.

Why in the world would they not have this on banks , that lake is on FIRE !
Im not gonna freeze my tail off on lk roosevelt fishing 70ft for a 2lb smallie :-(
I'm hoping to make it just depends on if I get the new boat in time.
Roosevelt would be an interesting change.
Why is there an assumption that this tournament is on Roosevelt?
Less than 3 weeks ago, I asked Ken if he had any concerns about the water level. He said...

You will got through 5ft of water by the airport, and find yourself on a sandbar if you don't use common sense. As a general rule, if you're heading down lake "driving south" hug the rightside until you get around the last point on your left, then get back over to the left. I had no problems driving down to the million dollar mile in prefish, but I wouldn't go much further south unless you're very fimiliar with the lake. Furthermore, I would crank your boat onto your trailer if you don't get it all the way up on the first shot. Two props went T/U the week prior to the tourny by people trying to throtle up all the way onto their trailer. If you still have concerns, talk to Hal or Lou in the store, and they will line you out on their map. The fishing at the frostbite should remain lights out, unless we get a huge turn in the weather!
