The plant I work at is down right now and I have a lot of time that I have to just stay and make sure the place doesn't burn down. During this time I was watching an old FLW tournament on Lake Norman last year. As I am watching it they anounced Brandon Palaniuk the winner of the co-angler division.
A year ago I am sure a lot of his boaters noted that he was a good angler, but I am sure in their eyes they still viewed him as a non-boater, which most would consider a lower level of fisherman. Now, one year later he is in the top 38 ranked BASS anglers, has a 4th place finish in the classic, is invited to the 2012 classic, won almost $100,000 this year on tour, and has many sponsors. To his credit he has really moved up in the national spotlight.

Did you realize the winner of the FLW Cup last year was actually fishing as a co angler in the 2010 (last year) FLW Tour?
In most cases a Good Non Boater will eventually turn into a Great Boater , However There are some non boaters on tour that has a win under there belt but never repeat ..
Iv been watching the tour this season and Keyton Blaylock is IMO a good example of good non-boater who is become a great boater next season ..
