itchin to go fishin.... bass fishing that is!

Hi everyone... just found this site and im so glad I did. My wife and I moved up here from California about six months ago and I'm looking for ANY local advice and some new fishing buddies. I'm a die hard fisherman that's been fishing since I could walk but my true passion has always been bass fishing. I used to be a member of a bass club in California and I just found some info on Borderline Bassin Contenders. Unfortunately we don't have a boat at this time so does anyone know if they are excepting non boaters? I've been limited to bank fishing and my float tube since we moved up here so I'm getting really anxious for that water to warm up a bit lol. Anyways thanks for any info you can give me... and once the water warms up I have a second tube so if anyone is up to go fishing I always am.

Hey Mike. I live in Whatcom County and like you I am a lowly bank/bellyboat bass fisherman too. I have been fortunate enough to make local friends and they have allowed me to fish with them from their boat. But I also will fish from my float tube in between time. I am always looking for a partner. Holla at me and maybe we can take the tubes out when it warms up a little.
