Washington Fishing

The Online Source for Washington Fishing Information

Hey Everyone,
My name is Billy Parker, and I'm new to the site "great site". Been fishing Bass about 5 years now. I was born and raised in Alabama, and came to WSU after high school. I graduated from WSU in 2004, and didn't wan't to leave the state. I found a job, and a great lady here on the Westside, and now reside in Puyallup. I work weekends, and have Wednesday and Thursday off. I was going to head over to the Tri-Cities this Wednesday with my brother in hopes of finding some giant smallmouth on beds. I ran into a guy this past Wednesday at Tapps who said I should fish the F-sloughs. He said it was a very popular spot, and if the fish were on Beds that was the place to be. I feel dumb in asking, but does anyone know where these sloughs are. I usually just fish the Yakima Delta, but I really wan't to give this a shot. Is there other sloughs that have spawners? Of course I'm not going to ask for tips without sharing some wealth, so if anyone is up on Tapps, all I can say is that there is tons of males on Beds, as the spawn is ending. Look for gravel/ docks combos in 3-8feet of water if it's not blowing. Most fish will run 1-2.5lbs. Thanks for your time!

Moses Lake seems a little far, I mean you could buy a helicopter and airlift yourself to moses, but thats a lot of work for one tournament, unless you are Bill Gates or something. Just kidding of course.
