Ya, Larrick, for a sweet looking little lake the wind sure can blow you around out there. I am happy that you found that lake so soon since arriving. I feel like each time I am there I find some new little gem of a spot. With all that vegetation the lake is constantly changing. And for some reason it never seems to be that crowded. I don't know how many times I had the lake to myself last summer.

I feel ya. I went this past Thursday with Joe Boyd and we were having casting practice too. The weather started off really nice then all of a sudden a cold front came through and it got windier than crap and cold. Oh well at least it'll get warmer from here.

Went out to Terrell today. Not my Nitro, though. Did see a couple other boats out there. I was wondering how they did, as well. I threw a sebile magic for 3 hours and did a little playing around with a jig. Not much for me other than casting practice. That and a real nice time being back on the water. This is my first pre-pre/pre-spawn. Different than last July when I first started this whole business of bass fishing.
