Hello Dick- I have made contact with Dave R to discuss the 2k in damage he had repaired on his boat. Other neighbors
have made mention of lures stuck into their boat canvas, chips on varnished teak
and actual collision damage. Loud talking prior to 8am is also a constant
problem.
I made him aware of my communication with the tournament participants and their commitment to shed light on our
resident’s concerns. There has already been discussion at recent tournaments and
most of the anglers are very courteous.
Hopefully bringing continued awareness to the situation will help us all enjoy the waterway.
Regards,

I could possibly know this because I know how to read. All you have to do is go to the results on the NW web site. It ain't real tough. I did not say anything more than the sacks were looking like they were under 20#. Mostly in the mid teens. I will admit I am assuming that a fair amount of those came from in the canals. You guys are the ones that keep saying stuff about the effects of tournaments. I have not said a thing about that. It was stated on this string that if you can't catch a 20# sack in there that you don't know how to fish. I disagree with that because a lot of very good fisherman were not able to do that. That is all I am saying. The results prove that without a doubt. If you choose to read your own conclusions other than that then so be it.

Were you there? Surveying not only who was fishing in there, but what they weighed?
What exactly is the point you are trying to make? The one you "appear" to be making is that tournament angling is negatively affecting the fishery. If that's the case.......shut up.......you are wrong!
There is one MAJOR tournament a year on this body of water, and the weights are consistently the same. In case you haven't noticed, since I have been fishing thournaments there, which is since about 1999. Twenty pounds wins a Lake Washington tournament, plus or minus 2 pounds. There is the occasional bigger, and occasional smaller weight, but 20 pounds is the magic number, canals or otherwise.

At first Mark I thought you were a good person and someone good for the sport, but how sorely I was mistaken. You are no steward for our sport, you are nothing more then a stupid fisherman who doesn't know when to shut up. You are hurting the outlook on tournament fishing way more then you are helping, I am not going to argue any of your points and I don't even want you to make another stupid reply. Fisherman like you are what hurts our sport....you sir are a dumb ass, and will never ever have any respect from me or any other serious tournament fisherman for that matter. Trust me this is not only my opinion.
