Washington Fishing

The Online Source for Washington Fishing Information

I just want everyone to know that the Scholarship tournament at Banks Lake will be going on as usual.  The launch at Coulee Playland will be operational and it will be business as usual.  There have been no issues launching at Coulee we don't expect any.  The lake will be low but the fishing should be incredible.  You will just have to use common sense when running.

Tounament dates are October 1st & 2nd

Team Sign up is:

          5:30pm to 7:00pm, Friday

          6:30am to 8:00am, Saturday

Drivers meeting is at 8:30 with blast off at 9:00ish

Weigh-In times will be determined.

From what I heard at our last club meeting:

Russ Baker Pres.

Kevin Jones Vice Pres.

David Parnicky Treas.

Competition is allways good, but I think those 3 nominees would be great!

Getting back on topic.....I've never fished this one, and I'm about 95% commited to for the first time. Is the blast off time of 9am acurate? It sounds like a fun event, and the playing field will be completely level going in.
As of right now nobody has been nominated.  And as much as I like Russ I am pretty sure that he wouldn't wear the required Ranger logo!  LOL

Hey guys, figured this might help give people an idea, still to drop 9-10ft from this pic, water dropped about 2 inches throughout the day.

This is Northrup launch and from the road just north of the launch

As I understand it the only thing that is required is the TBF logo.

This was taken on 9/13
Anyone fishing this? I heard the smallie bite is off the hook! I also heard that one prop was severely damaged at the launch, so use extreme caution. The weather looks stable all week, so I think I will be there for this once in a lifetime opportunity. I'm glad I just bought another prop!
