It was fin clipped. It's a fish from barrier dam that went down river versus up river. At least that's what the WDFW guys believe. Yep, he had seen some saltwater, lol....Thanks Steve. It was a highlight for the end of the day. 20 minute fight on 8lbs. tess.

I wonder if that is a local fish or a barrier dam release fish. Looks pretty fresh for a release fish. Either way that must of been exciting!
