thats a pretty knarly looking jig there, perhaps the fish are eating it because they are scared that if they dont eat it first, it might eat them. I am going to have to come up north and flip some jigs with you. I heard about your day at black lake a couple years back today. the three pics I have on here are from black lake, its pretty much where I go, but being in the coast guard, I always have to leave right before the big fish really turn on. For example I am taking off and heading to the bering sea on the 23 of April, and wont be back till July. Keep catching them big uns for me when Im gone.
