Thats right folks. I have my condo in Everett on lake Beverly for sale. check out Washington mls listing 41984. It is close enough to fish from the patio while watching the Bassmasters classic on tv. The lake has everything except trout .It is a private lake with year around fishing and no license required. I have access to 100 yards of beach front on the condo property and you can park a small boat on it. Just thought I would mention that I would enjoy fishing with anyone as a back seater or just share expenses. I like to fish for steelhead and flyfish as well as fish for Bass.
