Bellingham Public Works says they will have an online AIS course available. Anyone who takes the course will get $10 off their fee. The report covers all AIS in Whatcom County lakes, including Lake Terrell. The authors of the report were surprised to find Eurasian millfoil in Lake Terrell, theorizing that the infestation must have occurred within the last two years. Also note, no zebra or quagga mussels were found after inspecting nearly 4,000 boats.

Thanks for the update. Government at its finest. Wasting money on a program that makes no sense and wasting more money writing a long report justifying the program.
