Sweet 4 boats, I like my chances for a top 5!

The  Hawghunters will be making a strong showing .Thus far We have at least 4 teams coming out .

I wonder if the East side Anglers are still hibernating ? Where ya at Lambert !! Where ya at Walters !!

Just a reminder to everyone to clear out your boats of any plastic baits that are not Berkley brand. There will be a boat inspection in the morning and if there are any other baits you will be asked to remove them prior to launching your boat.

See you Satruday morning!

me and my brother are coming

Lets revisit this when you forget about the old crusty flirt worm under your seat, and you get Dq'd.

I know right? Gonna have to break out the vacuum!
What about hardbaits like crankbaits or jerk baits?

The Berkley Flicker shad Crank Bait & Flicker Jerk Bait are allowed . I own a few of the cranks myself and I can tell you right now the running depth is less than 10'ft . Hope this helps out eric

Thanks Dez. I was wondering if hard baits were open to any brand

Please let me know how to file a protest against competing teams.

Hi Eric - Dez is right, hard baits can be used but they must be Berkley hard baits. The selection is slim for now.

If you are wanting to fish a spinnerbait, that is allowed within the rules as long as a Berkley plastic trailer is used. I would consider this the equivalent of putting a trailer on the back of a jig.

Good luck to all - looking forward to seeing you on Saturday morning.
