Man that is pretty close to my boat. So what is the joke? I have to bale water from the holes in while fishing to get it on plane.

 

Paul... It is winter. I think most guys are hunting and not thinking of fishing. It will turn around come April.

Gee wiz thanks John G.! I thought I may never laugh again but you were right there to serve as the voice of reason. I really thought this might be the end of it all.

If I had a nickel for every time I have seen people quit something & watch people around them think o no this is the end. Dude people quit but guess what new people will take there place & some of them might be funny. I think most of it is just seasonal I like to spend my time getting all the honey dos done in the winter so I can hit the water come spring So fishing is not much on my mind right now. But today would have been nice to be out. This is not just a 1 site thing most fishing sites see a slow down this time of year. Also like any business growth is always the greatest in the beginning then there is a dip (dont say im the dip) & if your lucky steady growth after that. Joking around comes more easy when your in a good mood & that is harder to have when its cold & raining out day after day.

Delay, Sessler, Bess......etc.etc.....Those guys are just hibernating.....plus. Sessler is fishing the FLW non boaters...so he is busy going through other peoples tackle......Delay is probably on tour with his Punk Rock band......( there are pics somewhere in the archives )...Reimers is in a garage somewhere high on lead fumes.....and don't cut these guys short, because when they come back....the photo shop will be in full force, and the remarks will be better and sharper than ever....and the sarcasm will be as frequent as ever before.  I have been around long enough to know that they are just hiding and watching...and preparing for their comeback.

 

Thank you Jordan for this site and its forum which allows for the serious and not so serious to post side by side....and for the people that understand the difference.

Makes sense to me Jordan. I like the new format. I did like some of the ribbing that went on here however I also believe it went way to far at times and it wasn't even directed toward me personally.

I am glad I got tuned in early because some of those characters have become some of my best friends and I would have never met them had it not been for Wafish. Prior to this site I had never met Eric, Mike, Jon, or Ron. I speak with each of those guys on a regular basis and value there friendship. They have all since been banned with the exception of Ron. I have met some other great folks as well that are still here and I have fished with lots of them. They are great guys that contribute to this place but they are not the guys that make you pee your pants laughing.

 

I will still visit the site in the off chance that one day some guys will be wearing their BIG BOY pants and we can have a few minutes of fun.

Are you sure that you even fish and not just suck weiner on the back deck. Please tell everyone your last tournament result to make us think different.

I think some guys left because they were THE funny guys.  Then some others who had mad photoshop skills took them out.  They threw up the white flag I think.

 

At the end of the day if they have greater priorities and business is REALLY booming, then I get it.  If not they are a bunch of cry babies, just like the people who complained.   

  

This thread is beating a horse after it has already lost its life.
