i am going to concentrate on spinning the ball back to the hole. i am also going to key on what it is i do right when i do hit the ball big so i can be more consistent with the long ball. I am also going to pay attention to the grain leaning more towards the water at Kapalua Plantation course. ciao !
+1. The Phenix snaps have got to go; don't even try them once or you will be sorry when you lose a big bass. Use a large stainless steel snap and never look back.

The Phenix has bad snaps so replace them, but they are fish catching machines, also try out the Revenge Baits, they have some cool colors and they work just as well, I caught probably 50 smallies one day on the Columbia River with the Revenge Baits, the only problem was that the biggest was 2.5 pounds. I have caught largies up to 7 pounds on the phenix and I think the biggest on the Revenge was probably 5.

How about trying one of these! I'll send you one of your color of choise.

PJ I like chatterbaits. I first used them this past November in a private pond and managed to catch some good ones on a cold day in cold water beating the bank. I've got Booyah Boogiebaits, Z Man's originals and Strike King Pure Poison. I gonna find out which one of thses I like the best.
P.J. Koshi said:I want to work on advanced jig fishing methods mostly with pitching jigs. Also spend more time using the dropshot in pursuit of catching more fish so I can weight more limits in tournaments. Going to spend some time with chatterbaits which are new to me. Going to spend more time with a crankbait rod in my hand and try and gain some more experience shallow, mid, and deep cranking. Also have invested a lot of money in walk the dog baits this winter with that being one of the techniques I am most excited to implement this coming summer.
I'm gonna start drop shotting and jigging. Had jigs from last year but never had the urge to use them, since Senko's and Spinnerbaits were doing the job for me. Also I'm gonna try and go to lakes as much as I can. I barely went last year.
