They were probably headin' to/from Terrell

Im working too, and not happy at all about it. If I didnt have to, I would have gotten a hold of matt and went to silver.
Yeah I figured they were coming from Terrell. They are lucky dawgs.

We went out onto Elk Lake (Victoria BC) and although I personally didn't land anything my buddy got 2.  I was more concerned with getting the twist out of my lines so while I was playing with that at least I saw 2 get caught!  Maybe tomorrow...

Went to Sammamish today; bite was really good and the weather was outstanding.  Stayed until dark and was the last boat out of the parking lot.  Wished I could have stayed longer.

ciao,

Marc Marcantonio

Went out to Terrell today. Not my Nitro, though. Did see a couple other boats out there. I was wondering how they did, as well. I threw a sebile magic for 3 hours and did a little playing around with a jig. Not much for me other than casting practice. That and a real nice time being back on the water. This is my first pre-pre/pre-spawn. Different than last July when I first started this whole business of bass fishing.
You guys have some good lakes up there on the big island. I lived in Port Angeles for many years and we'd hop on the Coho or Express and fish many lakes up there. My last trip up there was about 2-3 years ago and the family and I fished a few lakes, one of them being Mixell(spelling?) Just some gorgeous country you got there

Hi Kevin, and sorry for highjacking the thread Larrick!

I'm not sure what lake you are talking about there.  I've fished a LOT of bass lakes around here and I've never heard of "Mixell" no matter how you spell it!  Are you sure that's what it was called? lol

I feel ya. I went this past Thursday with Joe Boyd and we were having casting practice too. The weather started off really nice then all of a sudden a cold front came through and it got windier than crap and cold. Oh well at least it'll get warmer from here.

I saw 3 bass boats on my way to work this morning, which really erks me. Plus, I almost got hit by 2 matresses that flew off the roof of an suv. Not the best way to start a day of work.
